A return visit to Manor Farm cottages and on this occasion we stayed in Puffin Cottage which is lovely cosy accommodation.. All areas of the cottage were spotlessly clean. Lovely comfortable large bedroom. The cottages are in an area which is great to explore this part of the coastline and also the Yorkshire moors. Paul & Kerry are great hosts and I have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation and we certainly expect to return in 2024. Glenn & Eileen Fowler Borrowash, Derby

Absolute gem. Perfect place to stay. Very comfortable. Would be incredibly hard pushed to find somewhere to match the high standard of The Roost. Well designed. Very clean. Wonderful garden. Kerry and Paul have thought of everything. Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay so much so have booked twice for next year. Highly recommend.

Over the years we have struggled to find a cottage that can accommodate 3 families and cater for the various needs of all ages but we have finally found a place that suits everybody! We stayed in the Roost which is spacious and exceptionally clean and the beds are really comfortable. Every room is en suite with a TV and the dining room has a lovely big table that allows 8 people to eat together without knocking elbows and knees. In addition to the lovely accommodation, guests are invited to make the most of the vast natural space attached to the cottages. There's a very sunny garden outside the back door of the Roost and an even bigger natural open space behind the cottages where guests can enjoy a meadow walk, practice yoga, play football/ cricket or hang out with the chickens. We had great days out at Bempton Cliffs (RSPB), Sewerby Hall and Brid beach, all of which are within 10 mins drive of the cottage. This is a gem of a place and one we'll certainly be returning to. Thank you to our hosts for such a warm welcome.

Great for visiting beaches and nature reserves, brilliant for kids. Lovely cottages nothing too much trouble for the owners. Will hopefully visit again!!

The b&b is excellent, 4 bedrooms all with ensuites. Slept 9 adults and 3 toddlers easily. Close to Filey, Bridlington, and Flamborough, would certainly visit again and would highly recommend!

EXCELLENT HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Paul and Kerry Fieldhouse are the perfect hosts, with a vast knowledge of the area and coastal wild life. We stayed in Puffin Cottage , which is very comfortable , Neat and Clean. A lovely base to be able to visit other areas of interest and to see the lovely Puffins up the road at the RSPB. We would recommend Manor Farm Cottages and B&B to everyone and we will revisit. Thank you Kerry and Paul for everything.
